In 2012, an orphan – Remi who was in a critical health condition at University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan was assisted by DOHAL and was accommodated for several months after being discharged from the hospital. DOHAL also gave her financial welfare package to assist her for further treatment.

3. A training programme was conducted for rural women who are care-givers, parents and guardians of identified orphans and vulnerable children in Egbeda LG of Oyo State. The training was centered on how they can improve their business through attitudinal change and living in hygienic environment.
